It is a 1 bedroom apartment with a queens size bed and direct access to a fantastic private terrace of 40M2 (400 Sq. Feet) equipped with exterior furniture to enjoy outdoor meals. On the other hand, it has a beautiful and comfortable living / dining room with access to a south facing balcony providing natural light to the house all day. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two other people, raising the total capacity to 4 people. The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything necessary for short and longer stays. There is a spacious bathroom with a tub / shower!
Sitges Center Terrace Apartment offers an excellent quality / price relationship and is fully equipped with air conditioning and radiator heating, offering perfect temperatures for any time of year. It is located on the first floor accessible by elevator.
For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.
Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
